Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Club is free for 14 days, no card required to start. We'll only charge you if you decide to add a card and continue.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't added a payment method, your club switches to read-only — your data is preserved and you can resume any time by adding a card. We'll email you a heads-up 3 days before.
Will the price ever go up?
Not on you. Your base $499/mo is locked in for as long as you stay. New unlocks are opt-in — you'll only pay more if you choose to add a feature.
Are there transaction fees on payments?
We don't take a cut. Stripe processes payments directly into your club's connected account at standard Stripe rates.
Refunds?
Cancel any time, prorated refund for the unused portion of the month if requested in writing within 7 days.
Do you sponsor switching clubs?
Yes — clubs of any size can apply. Sponsorships from our partner network range CAD$500 to $20,000+, sized to your club. See the Sponsorship page.
